Sky Knots: Arrow Puzzle Privacy Policy

Overview

Sky Knots: Arrow Puzzle (“Sky Knots”, “the game”) is a mobile puzzle game published by Diginara. This policy explains the information handled when you play the game, view an advertisement, make a privacy choice, or contact us.

Game data stored on your device

Sky Knots does not require an account or login. Progress, level results, earned Thread, unlocked and selected kite designs, preferences, tutorial state, daily-play state, and advertising-frequency state are stored locally on your device. Diginara does not receive this local game data through an app account or game backend.

You can remove local game data using the reset option provided by the game, by clearing the game’s storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the game. Device or platform backups may retain a copy according to your device and account settings.

Advertising and consent services

Sky Knots uses Google Mobile Ads to provide optional rewarded advertisements and occasional interstitial advertisements at eligible breaks between completed levels. The game also uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage privacy choices where required.

Depending on your device, region, choices, and Google’s configuration, Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or share:

• your Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may be used to estimate general location;
• product interactions, such as app launches, taps, advertisement impressions, and video views;
• diagnostic information about the performance of the game and advertising SDK; and
• device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, app set ID, or similar identifiers when available.

Google states that this information may be used for advertising, analytics, measurement, security, and fraud prevention and is encrypted in transit. Ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited depending on applicable law, your privacy choices, age-related settings, and ad availability.

Your privacy choices

Where required, Sky Knots asks UMP to display a consent message before requesting ads. If UMP determines that an ongoing privacy-options entry point is required, the game’s Settings screen provides an “Ad privacy choices” option so you can review or change your selection.

You can also manage or delete your Android advertising ID through your device’s privacy settings. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements; contextual or limited ads may still be provided for purposes such as delivery, frequency control, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

When information is shared

Advertising and consent information may be processed by Google and advertising technology providers disclosed in the consent message. Ads may open third-party apps or websites whose content and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Sky Knots does not sell your locally stored game progress. Diginara does not currently operate a user-account, cloud-save, social, purchase, or direct analytics backend for the game.

Retention and security

Local game data remains on your device until you reset it, clear the game’s storage, or uninstall the game, subject to device backups. Google and other advertising providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to answer requests, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Sky Knots is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children through an account or game backend. Advertising and consent settings are configured according to the game’s declared audience and applicable requirements. A parent or guardian who believes a child’s information has been handled inappropriately may contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

International processing and your rights

Advertising providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their safeguards and applicable law. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Contact us to make a request concerning information controlled by Diginara. Requests concerning Google-controlled information may also need to be directed to Google.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the game or store listing where appropriate.
